When you purchase on account with Klarna, you always receive the goods first and you always have a payment period of 14 days. INSTALLMENT PURCHASE*
With the Klarna installment purchase financing service, you also receive the goods first. All your purchases are then collected on one invoice at the end of the next month. You can then pay this invoice in flexible installments, but you can also pay the total amount at any time. CREDIT CARDS
If you pay by credit card, the amount will be reserved on your card when you place your order and will be debited when the goods are dispatched.
To pay, you will need your card number, the expiry date, the name printed on it if applicable, and your card verification code. The card verification code is a security feature used specifically by credit card companies.
By querying/entering this information, we ensure that the credit card is physically present when the order is placed. Credit cards from Canada and the USA are not accepted.
For VISA and Mastercard/Eurocard, you will find the 3-digit verification code printed on the back of your credit card. Billing is done via QENTA/QPAY and Wirecard.
MASTERCARD SECURECODE
Maestro SecureCode payments can be made by registered cardholders. To pay with Maestro on the Internet, the cardholder only needs the 16-digit card number (on the Maestro, ATM or service card) and the SecureCode (a password of their choice). When paying on the Internet with Maestro SecureCode, the cardholder confirms that they are paying a certain amount after entering their card number using their personal SecureCode (password). We do not charge any additional fees.
CASH ON DELIVERY (Germany only)
Only possible within Germany. The invoice amount will be collected upon delivery by DHL. The payment transaction fee of EUR 2.00 must be paid directly to the delivery person. For orders to a DHL Packstation, cash on delivery can also be paid at the machine using an EC card with your PIN. When paying cash on delivery, a fee of € 2.90 will be charged in addition to the shipping costs.
PAYPAL
To pay with Paypal you must be registered with Paypal. For further information visit www.paypal.de . We do not charge any additional fees.
PAYMENT IN ADVANCE
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing our bank details. We will send the goods to you immediately after receipt of payment.
