When purchasing Nodosz products, you have a statutory right of withdrawal.

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (M4U Fashion GmbH, 1st floor, Althaus office complex, Franz-Joseph-Str. 11, 80801 Munich, Germany, email: info@noodosz.com , phone: +49 89 12308237***) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.
Consequences of the revocation
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs incurred if you chose a delivery method other than our cheapest standard delivery option), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received your notification of withdrawal. For this reimbursement, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing their condition, properties and functionality.

Special notes
If you finance this contract with a loan and later cancel it, you are also no longer bound by the loan agreement, provided both contracts constitute a single economic unit. This is particularly likely to be the case if we are also your lender or if your lender uses our services for the financing. If the loan has already been disbursed to us when the cancellation takes effect, your lender assumes our rights and obligations under the financed contract with respect to the legal consequences of the cancellation or return. The latter does not apply if this contract concerns the acquisition of financial instruments (e.g., securities, foreign currency, or derivatives).
If you want to avoid a contractual obligation as much as possible, make use of your right of withdrawal and also cancel the loan agreement if you are entitled to a right of withdrawal for that as well.

VOLUNTARY RETURN POLICY UP TO 30 DAYS AFTER RECEIPT OF GOODS
Without prejudice to your statutory right of withdrawal, we grant you a voluntary right of return of 30 days from receipt of goods. With this right of return, you can also withdraw from the contract after the 14-day withdrawal period (see cancellation policy above) by returning the goods to us or, in the case of a Noodosz partner item, to the partner within 30 days of receipt (the period begins on the day after receipt of goods).
Please only return items in their complete original packaging. You are responsible for obtaining replacements for lost original packaging if you wish to exercise your right of return; this applies in particular to the return of cosmetic products, which for legal reasons require specially suitable transport packaging.
Timely dispatch is sufficient to meet the deadline. However, a prerequisite for exercising the voluntary right of return is that you have only tried on the goods – as far as possible – as you would in a store, and that you return the goods complete, undamaged, and in their original condition, including any instructions and – if applicable – with the seal intact. If these conditions are not met, the return may be refused. Alternatively, as in the case of the statutory right of withdrawal, compensation may also be claimed for any loss in value incurred under the voluntary 30-day return policy, insofar as the loss in value is attributable to handling of the goods that was not necessary for examining their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
The voluntary right of return does not apply to contracts for: the delivery of sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery; and/or the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or specification by the customer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the customer's personal needs. Furthermore, the 30-day right of return does not apply to sealed products if the seal has been removed or damaged after delivery.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, your statutory rights, including your statutory warranty rights, remain unaffected.
Until the expiry of the statutory withdrawal period, only the statutory conditions listed therein apply. The voluntary right of return does not limit your statutory warranty rights. The voluntary right of return does not apply to the purchase of gift vouchers.
